One of the main agendas of the social system around the world is the empowerment of women and the achievement of gender equality, which will ultimately lead to the sustainable advancement of the economic situation of women. In order to achieve this in practice, there have been many initiatives by governments of different developing countries. Several surveys have already been conducted with a view to determining the role of women in many developing countries in bringing about sustainable development. The use of women's labor force has been found to be very small in the overall economic development of many developing countries. It was also concluded that women still retain a place in society where they have fewer opportunities to contribute to the social development of the province. Needless to say, although there are many special rights and privileges that have been offered to women, there are many instances of poor violations of these rights that affect the balance of society. It is clear that until women are fully empowered and enable us to achieve gender equality in society, women will not be able to play critical roles in the social, economic, environmental and political spheres.
Empowerment is a multidimensional social process that helps individuals and communities gain the required control over their lives. This process primarily promotes the right power of individuals who will use them in the right way in their lives, communities and communities to get rid of different issues. When empowerment is aimed at promoting women's society, this is referred to as empowering women. The empowerment of women to achieve gender equality is certainly a top priority among the many agendas in most countries around the world. This is also a clear fact that gender disparities in developing countries are largely pervasive compared to the various developed countries.
The term "sustainable development" arises because there is a constant change in human consciousness with regard to the definition of development. It has been noted that development perspectives have gradually shifted to a point that we consider sustainable development. The main focus of development in the 1950s and 1960s was the development of the country's productive capacity and economic growth. In the 1970s, the focus shifted largely to various property rights issues such as income distribution and social development. The increase in awareness about the large gap between the poor and the rich was one of the major programs to be resolved. In subsequent decades, the focus shifted dramatically to environmental protection along with many other agendas. Thus, sustainable development can be described as developments that have the capacity to meet the requirements of the present age without compromising any of the future generations' abilities to meet their own needs. In short, the concept of sustainable development requires comprehensive, integrated and integrated development.
Several studies have been conducted which have revealed that sustainable development can not be achieved without the empowerment of women. The empowerment of women will ultimately lead to economic growth, good governance, political development and social development.
Women in many rural areas continue to lack adequate access to adequate training, modern technology and financial support. Most rural women in many developing countries do not have the right education, and therefore women can not successfully develop their skills. All these conditions lead to the survival of negative controls and their inability to contribute to the economic sector. Therefore, greater emphasis should be placed on providing appropriate education for women in the corners and pillars of the country.
Finally, we can conclude that empowering women and thus expanding correct representation through law enforcement and law enforcement agencies will help promote sustainable development in developing countries. Key recommendations should include the following measures.
- Encouraging the empowerment of women and thus the proper use of the labor force, which will ultimately promote economic growth.
- Providing appropriate education and maintaining women's health in order to enhance productivity as well as social development.
- Empower the women's community and provide them with equitable and adequate representation at different levels of decision-making in various responsibilities.
