Consider your motivation.
What is your motivation? This question replaces everything. If you lack clarity and do not have enough reasons, you may need to rethink your guidance as a strategy to gain leadership experience. Apart from possessing a range of skills and qualities, you must take care of people and their success. So, think carefully about your answer to the initial question. In length, change must be the main objective.
Write down your goals.
The decision to become a teacher is something, but making a plan to do it is another. To this end, develop SMART objectives. As you know, SMART means: specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely.
What do you need to accomplish next week or next 30 days? What do you want to accomplish in a year? Use a notebook or spiral notebook to record information. Plan to succeed.

Many groups need mentors: young people moving from nursery, students (secondary and college), women entering the workplace, women returning to society after prison, troubled youth, first-time supervisors, businessmen, etc. Think you can make the biggest impact?
